Dr. Fuat Mammadov was born on June 26, 1985, in Moscow. He completed his medical education at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine and subsequently underwent specialized surgical training at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, one of the leading medical institutions in Turkey.
